Job Descriptions :

Assembling, disassembling, and maintaining temporary structures that offer support and access to laborers, supplies, and equipment, scaffolders play a critical role in building operations. A thorough job description for a scaffolder can be found here:

1. Job Overview: During construction, maintenance, or repair projects, a scaffolder is in charge of building temporary structures, usually constructed of steel or aluminum, to support personnel and supplies.

2. Principal Accountabilities: – Building scaffolding structures in compliance with specifications, drawings, and blueprints.
– Making that scaffolds are strong, stable, and abide by safety rules.
Examining scaffolds that have been built for flaws, damage, or instability.
– Making any required scaffolding alterations or repairs.
