Requirements :
MEP Supervisor :- Minimum 2 to 3 years of Facility Management Experience with Bachelors Diploma in Engineer Degree.
Technicians :- Minimum 2 to 3 years of Facility Management Experience with Diploma / ITI Certificate.
Handyman :- Minimum 2 to 3 years of relevant Experience with Diploma / Certificate.
Housekeeping Attendants :- Minimum 2 years of housekeeping experience with ability to read and write.
Immediate and Locally with NOC available Candidates preferred.

Job Description :
Monitor Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) approved by Facilities Management by reviewing reports, schedule spare parts required to avaid major breakdown in equipments, buildings and to provide efficient service.
Operation and maintenance of MDB, SMDB, FDB and Electrical panels,circuit breakers like ACB, MCCB, MCB, RCBO, RCD and MCC.
Assist the maintenance provider for trouble shooting HVAC issues by providing diagnosis from BMS for faster response.
Review the routine maintenance and emergency service on a variety of critical system such as Diesel generators (1600KVA), UPS (600KVA,200 KVA,80 KVA) system, emergency light and power.
Responsible for the PPM process incident management and break fixing abnormalities to maintain tier level uptime for white space areas.
Acquainted the team members with company health and safety guidelin hes and policies to implement the same in day-to-day operations.
Evaluating design drawing schedule/plans and recommended alterations/modifications/approvals asapplicable.
Maintained the safety parameters of all electrical groups personnel of the project (health, safety, sanitary and environmental standards).
Operation & maintenance for ELV system such as FACP, CCTV, PA system, Nurse call system, Sliding door, access door, SMTV.
Prepare of single line diagram layout, specifications for electric equipments such as circuit breaker (MCCB, MCB, ELCB, RCCBO, RCD), RYB cable, voltage drop calculation distribution board (MDB, SMDB, FDB).
Review the daily basis monitoring report, log books, check list of all MEP rooms.
Good knowledge of CAFM (Computer-aided facility management system).
Operation maintenance of CHILLER, VFD, SCHWP, FAHU, DE HUMIDIFIER, ATS.
Prepared power consumption, water consumption, IT Load, Equipment avaibility, PPM, breakdown, corrective reactive maintenance, energy efficiency reports.
Ensuring best maintenance practice by preparing and reviewing job related SOP (standard operating procedure), SMP (standard maintenance practice).
Responsible for daily and weekly job planning.
Responsible for preparation of job list, budget finalization, material procurement and services finalization.
